Derive! Whenever presented with the option, I recommend utilizing the derive feature in PATH. Deriving populates fields for you based on the process you are performing and reduces the errors that can be made. |

Instant Payments |
The payment landscape has changed and will continue to evolve over the next several years. According to the Faster Payment Council, *“70-80% of all financial institutions are estimated to enable receiving instant payments by 2028. 30-40% of respondents will be sending instant payments by 2028.” With the increasing volume of enrolled banks, it is time to start discussing with your core about their readiness for instant payments and evaluate your bank’s implementation strategy.
Furthermore, consider if the developments in banking, technology, and payments are an opportunity to change your market. As you ponder that, also evaluate your risk tolerance and mitigation strategy for payments.
